My name is Katie and I am a Houston based wedding, family, and couples photographer. When I say I am here to be your photographer for life, I mean it. From your engagement to your wedding day to your newborn session (& everything in between)— I want to capture it all.
I describe my style as true-to-color, documentary-inspired, and authentic. My passion for photography lives in natural moments and genuine connection. The moments that capture what your story truly feels like.
a little about me
My photography story starts with my mom. Ever since I was little, people have told us we are exactly alike. From our smiles, to our laughs, to our love for travel and adventure: I get it from my mama. So naturally, once she started her career as a photographer, I was bound to follow in her footsteps. I've been modeling for her for as long as I can remember and spent many Saturday afternoons as her assistant at shoots. So now that I am all grown up, I've taken a step behind my own camera and I absolutely love it.
My favorite part about photography is making genuine connections with my clients. There is no bigger honor to me than being chosen to celebrate your life milestones and to help you document those moments for future generations.
